She was accessible. Even when she was on vacation she was there for us. I could call Linda just to ask the time of day and she would happily give it to me or go buy me a clock if needed. I could go on forever about all the time she spent to sell the house, help me buy another one and assist in closing the deals. Making a decision to move is hard enough, but managing the sale of one house and buying another while running a business and a fast-paced family is even more of a challenge. As our listing and selling agent, Linda Brock managed to solve the challenge, and saved us money along the way. Neither Sherry nor I had the time for the hundreds of details that went into both transactions, but we knew Linda would.

That sometimes meant talking to me on a cell phone at odd hours of the day from other states, meeting at the house to go over documents with us at 11:30 p.m. or swinging by the clubhouse in Mountain Shadows to get papers signed in the middle of a birthday party.
