Making a decision to move is hard enough, but managing the sale of one house and buying another while running a business and a fast-paced family is even more of a challenge. As our listing and selling agent, Linda Brock managed to solve the challenge, and saved us money along the way. Neither Sherry nor I had the time for the hundreds of details that went into both transactions, but we knew Linda would. That sometimes meant talking to me on a cell phone at odd hours of the day from other states, meeting at the house to go over documents with us at 11:30 p.m. or swinging by the clubhouse in Mountain Shadows to get papers signed in the middle of a birthday party. They say that there is no more than 2 degrees of separation in Chattanooga, and I am sure many people laugh, shake their heads and mosey on. For Linda Brock it is merely another fact of life.
